Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with an item or ordered the wrong size, you may return it. Please email Stacy Nixon at snixon@norfolkcollegiate.org, and let her know if you are returning for a refund or would like to exchange the item for a different size.  All returned items must in new condition with the original tags on the item.  

Clearance items are a final sale and no refunds will be provided.
